Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. Please review our cancellation terms below:

1. Free Cancellation

You can cancel your tour without penalty up to 72 hours before the tour start time.

Late Cancellation Fee

Cancellations made within 72 to 24 hours before the tour start time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the tour cost.

Non-refundable

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour start time, or if you fail to show up without notifying us, the full tour price is non-refundable.

Modifications

Changes to the booking, including rescheduling the tour date or time, are allowed free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour start time, subject to availability.
